I have been practicing, full-scope OB/GYN since finishing my residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia in 2006. I am married, and a mother to three children (who have all been patients at 黑料专区!). I am honored to be a per-diem laborist with the Advanced Delivery Program at 黑料专区 Children's.聽
Why I Am an OB/GYN With the Advanced Delivery Program
As an OB/GYN I treat patients who are pregnant. The program offers delivery for patients whose babies are going to need immediate care after birth. It's an incredible program for families who need us, and I'm reassured knowing that these patients receive superb care at 黑料专区.聽
What I'm Passionate About
I am passionate about ensuring that patients receive complete and respectful care. It is important to me that patients feel their encounters with me leave them feeling respected and 鈥渉eard.鈥 As someone who grew up in South Philly, I am also passionate about all things 鈥淧hiladelphia,鈥 including our sports teams!聽
How I Try to Make A Difference
I try to make a difference by making a potentially scary experience for expectant families better by listening, being present, and respecting their wishes and adhering to their birthing wishes as much as possible.聽
